Asparagus Rolls

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 oz. Bleu cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (No. 303) can asparagus tips, drained
  • 1/2 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 loaf extra thin white bread

Directions

    Soften cheese at room temperature.

    Mix together well.

    Add egg.

    Trim crusts from bread slices.

    Roll each slice with rolling pin.

    Spread with cheese mixture, 1/2 tip of asparagus and roll up.

    Dip in melted butter.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Serve warm.
