- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/8 c. sugar
- 3 envelopes gelatin
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small jar pimento pepper
- 2 tsp. (or more) grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 medium can green cut asparagus
Directions

1Mix sugar, water, vinegar and bring to a boil.

2Dissolve gelatin in little more than 1/2 cup cold water and add to boiled mixture which has been removed from cooking.

3Pour into 2 quart oblong casserole dish to cool.

4Can put in refrigerator, but don't allow to congeal.
