  • 1/3 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 3/4 c. bread flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 oz. pkg. pitted dates, cut up
