- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 3/4 c. bread flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. pkg. pitted dates, cut up
Directions

3Blend well. Spread in well-greased loaf pan (9 x 3-inch).
