- 4 c. fresh asparagus, cut up or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. sour cream (to double, use only 3/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook fresh asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 6 minutes (or cook frozen according to package directions).

2Drain well.

3Combine soup, sour cream, carrots, onion and pepper.

4Fold in asparagus.

5Turn mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
