Asparagus With Cream

- 2 c. drained cooked or canned asparagus
- 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Set the oven at 325°.

2Arrange the asparagus in a shallow pan (preferably a buttered baking dish).

3Cover with the sour cream. Add just a sprinkling of salt and pepper, then top with the bread crumbs and dot generously with butter.

4Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crumbs are nicely browned.
