  • 12 cupcakes
  • 1 7/16 cups white flour
  • 5 13/16 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 4 pinches baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 1/4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 8 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 beans grated tonka
  • hazelnut Chopped, pieces
  • 1 tablespoon m&m
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

    In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt.

    Add the eggs, the melted butter and the milk, whisk until well incorporated.

    Tranfer the batter into cupcake tins.

    Top 4 cupcakes with the tonka beans and chopped hazelnuts, 4 with the m&m's and 4 with dried cranberries.

    Bake for 25 minutes.

    Unmold while still warm.
