  • 1 x chicken fryer, cut up
  • 6 c. water, for boiling chicken
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 x egg

Directions

    Boil chicken till done, take chicken out and chicken broth add in dumplings and cook 10 to 15 min .take 1 c. of broth out to use for left over dumpling to hot up.

    Mix together dumpling ingredients androol out on floured board.

    roll thin, cut and drop into boiling broth.

    then cold slow for 10 to 15 min.

    Serve chicken on the side debone and add in back in with dumplings.
