  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box pound cake mix
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Cream margarine and cream cheese together. Add eggs, vanilla, pound cake mix and pecans. Mix well. Add confectioners sugar. Mix. Batter will be thick. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
