Ingredients
- 4 lb potatoes
- 5 dill pickle spears
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 large green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes, place in pot of water to boil.

2Boil potatoes till fork tender.

4Be sure to watch potatoes closely so the aren't to tender.

5You don't want mashed potato salad.

7Drain potatoes and let cool 20 mins.

8While potatoes are cooling, cut dill pickle spears in half length wise and then dice into small pieces.

9Place in a large bowl.

10Do same with green bell pepper.

11Add cooled potatoes.

12Add mustard, mayor and pepper

13Mix well.

14Chill and serve.
