Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1 small jar Ragu
  • 2 c. uncooked rice

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions.

    In large frying pan, saute onion and hamburg until cooked.

    Throw in tomato sauce.

    When rice is cooked, toss into hamburg mixture.

    Mix well.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, whatever you have.

    Serve warm.
