- 1 cucumber
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar medium
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yoghurt full-fat strained
- 6 3/4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon leaves finally chopped dill
Directions

1Remove the skin of the cucumber and grate it. (not finely)

2Finely grate the garlic.

3Salt the cucumber and leave it in a colander for half-an-hour and then drain well.

4Put it in a bowl with the garlic and the rest of the ingredients.

5Mix them all well with the help of a fork.

6Put the dip in a bowl, add salt and decorate it with few dill leaves.
