- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/3 c. sliced olives
- 1 c. (8 oz.) refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
- 2 c. crushed corn chips
- 1 c. (8 oz. or 1/2 pt.) dairy sour cream
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- shredded lettuce
- tomato slices
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Directions

1In a large fry pan, brown beef and onion; drain fat.

2Stir in tomato sauce, taco mix and olives.

3Separate crescent dough in 8 triangles.

4Place triangles in ungreased 9 or 10-inch pan.

5Press to form crust.

6Sprinkle 1 can corn chips over crust.

7Spoon meat mixture over crust and chips.

8Spread sour cream over meat mixture; cover with cheese.

9Sprinkle remaining chips.

10Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is brown.
