  • 2 tomatoes mediums
  • 15 ounces black beans drained
  • 2 avocados mediums, peeled and diced sprinkle w/lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 white onion small of a, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt or to taste
  • 6 dashes Tabasco Sauce depending on your taste
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Combine tomatoes, black beans, avocados, cilantro, onion garlic salt and Tabasco;

    Blend well.

    Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

    Eat with tortilla chips or in a burrito.
