  • 2 small to medium ripe avocados, finely chopped
  • 1 c. cooked fresh corn or thawed, frozen corn
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. minced hot green chili pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
