- 2 small to medium ripe avocados, finely chopped
- 1 c. cooked fresh corn or thawed, frozen corn
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. minced hot green chili pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
