- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dry Basil, Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Dry Rosemary, Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 15 whole Kalamata Olives, Pitted And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cucumber, Peeled And Chopped
- 2 cups Roma Tomatoes, Chopped, Remove Seeds
- 13 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients.

3Then add olives, onion and cucumber.

5Just before serving, gently stir in tomatoes and feta.
