- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions

1Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

3You may want to add some extra lime juice or a pinch of salt.

4Goes with Rockin Black Bean Soup (page 71) and Black Bean Hummus (page 132), and also makes a great sandwich spread.
