Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 ripe or soft avocados
  • 1 small tomato, sliced fine
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 to 3 canned green chilies, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut avocados in half lengthwise.

    Pry out pits with point of knife.
  3. 3
    Peel back skin and spoon out the flesh.
  4. 4
    Mash avocados with fork, then blend in all other ingredients.

    Put in blender, if you wish.
