- 2 or 3 ripe or soft avocados
- 1 small tomato, sliced fine
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 to 3 canned green chilies, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut avocados in half lengthwise.

2Pry out pits with point of knife.

3Peel back skin and spoon out the flesh.

4Mash avocados with fork, then blend in all other ingredients.

5Put in blender, if you wish.
