- 4 slices Whole Grain Wheat Bread
- 1 Avocado
- 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 4 Eggs
- Sriracha Sauce For Garnish (optional)

1Toast wheat bread and place on plates.

2Split avocado and remove pit.

3Spoon avocado into a bowl.

4Add lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste.

5Mash to combine flavors.

6Place 1/4 of the mashed avocado on each piece of toast.

7In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray olive oil cooking spray.

8Add each egg separately into pan and cook for about 23 minutes.

9Cover pan, let cook for approximately 1 more minute to compete cooking.

10Place 1 sunny side egg on each piece of toast and mashed avocado.

11Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
