  • 4 slices Whole Grain Wheat Bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 4 Eggs
  • Sriracha Sauce For Garnish (optional)

    Toast wheat bread and place on plates.

    Split avocado and remove pit.

    Spoon avocado into a bowl.

    Add lime juice, salt and pepper, to taste.

    Mash to combine flavors.

    Place 1/4 of the mashed avocado on each piece of toast.

    In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray olive oil cooking spray.

    Add each egg separately into pan and cook for about 23 minutes.

    Cover pan, let cook for approximately 1 more minute to compete cooking.

    Place 1 sunny side egg on each piece of toast and mashed avocado.

    Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

    Add Sriracha sauce if desired.
