  • 9 ounces fresh linguine
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 34 cup heavy cream
  • 12 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 12 cup chopped watercress
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine 1-2 minutes or until tender.

    Drain and return pasta to the pot.

    Over medium heat stir in cream and cheese.
