  • 2 cups short pasta
  • 1 avocado ripe
  • 1/2 tablespoon lowfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon only the juice

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions listed on the packet. Before straining the pasta, set aside 1 cup of the water.

    Once the pasta is strained, let it soak in cold water for a few seconds, strain again and set it aside for later use.

    Place the avocado, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and a bit of the water that was used to cook the pasta in a bowl. Mix everything together until the ingredients from a thick sauce.

    Place the pasta into the bowl and mix it into the avocado sauce. If you like you may also add a bit of feta or shredded white cheese on top before serving.
