  • 1/4 cup Basil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 packages Whole Grain Spaghetti

    Pulse basil and garlic in food processor.

    Add avocado flesh, lemon juice (half a lemon), and water and blend until smooth.

    Cook pasta to directions on package.

    Drain pasta, then return pasta to pot.

    Mix the sauce into the pasta.
