  • 1 sm. avocado
  • 1 box lime jello
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip, room temperature
  • 1 9-inch pie crust (either dough
  • cookie crust)

    Prepare lime jello as instructed and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, only leave until it has started to set but do not allow it to set completely.

    It needs to be in a semi-liquid form.

    Smash avocado into a paste form.

    Use half the Cool Whip in pie; it is optional to use the remaining amount on top of pie as a topper.

    Once all ingredients are prepared as directed, combine in a large mixing bowl.

    Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and in a liquid form.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Let pie set in refrigerator overnight.

    Top with remaining Cool Whip before serving, if desired.
