  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 large Tbsp. Miracle Whip

Directions

    Mash avocado and mix with pineapple to help hold color.

    Mix jello, water and lemon juice.

    Let set to jelly stage.

    Whip cream; add Miracle Whip.

    Fold into jello. Add avocado/pineapple mixture.
