  • 4 large ripe avocados
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons salsa (medium or hot)
  • 1 teaspoon habanero sauce, franks hot sauce will work as well (two if you like it spicy like I do)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • your favorite brand nacho chip

    mash the avocados, leaving small chunks.

    add remaining ingredients, and mix together.

    let sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours uncovered.
