- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add liquid ingredients and mix well. Store in covered plastic or glass container in refrigerator and use as desired.

3Lasts up to 6 weeks, stored in the refrigerator. To use:

4Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full (use an ice cream scoop).

5Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.
