- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 3 eggs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
Directions

1Partially fry bacon and drain.

2Beat eggs with soup, milk, salt and pepper.

3Fold in bread crumbs and cheese.

4Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Bake in medium oven (350°) for 45 minutes.

6Ten minutes before casserole is done, arrange bacon slices on top.

7Serves 6.
