- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. unseasoned croutons
- 2 c. onion and garlic croutons
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 10 to 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Coat 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with vegetable spray.

2Place croutons in dish and coat with margarine.

3Sprinkle grated cheese over the croutons.

4Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over cheese and crouton mixture.

5Sprinkle bacon crumbs evenly over dish.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

7Allow to stand 15 minutes before serving.
