- 300 grams Puff pastry
- 200 grams sour cream
- 125 grams Diced Bacon
- 1/2 bunch Fresh parsley
- 1 paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200C.

2Grease a 30cm tart pan.

3Cook diced bacon.

4Then mix with sour cream, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

5Spread onto pastry.

6Make 4 indentations with a spoon.

7Carefully break the eggs into the indentations.

8(Breaking one egg into a small cup and pouring into indentations one by one works more easy) Bake about 20 min until eggs are set.

9Serve immediatly.
