Bacon and Egg Pie

  • 300 grams Puff pastry
  • 200 grams sour cream
  • 125 grams Diced Bacon
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 1 paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200C.

    Grease a 30cm tart pan.

    Cook diced bacon.

    Then mix with sour cream, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Spread onto pastry.

    Make 4 indentations with a spoon.

    Carefully break the eggs into the indentations.

    (Breaking one egg into a small cup and pouring into indentations one by one works more easy) Bake about 20 min until eggs are set.

    Serve immediatly.
