- 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of onion powder
- 1 (3 lb.) boneless rump or chuck roast
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well and place roast in a shallow dish.

2Pour marinade over roast.

3Cover; marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once.

4Bake roast in marinade at 350° for 2 hours.

5Remove roast to serving platter.

6Serve with pan drippings.
