Bacon Bread

  • 3 cans biscuits (I use Hungry Jack butter flaky)
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. canned Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar bacon bits (I use Hormel real bacon bits)

Directions

    Cut biscuits into fourths and put in large bowl.

    Saute onions and green peppers in margarine.
  3. 3
    Add bacon bits and cheese.
  4. 4
    Stir into bowl with quartered biscuits.
  5. 5
    Bake in Bundt or tube pan (lightly greased) for 30 minutes at 350°.
