  • 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1- 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • 1/4 cups Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Have an oval or square oven safe baking dish ready.

    In a mixing bowl, add softened cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

    Stir until well combined.

    Add 1 cup cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese, fold into mixture.

    Transfer to the baking dish and add remaining cheddar cheese and bread crumbs evenly on top.
