• 1 c. instant mashed potatoes
• 1/4 c. margarine
• 1/2 c. grated carrots
• 1/4 c. diced onion
• 1/2 c. crumbled bacon, browned
• 2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
