Bacon Chestnut Roll Ups

- 2 cans whole water chestnuts (Empress brand)
- 1 lb. thin bacon, cut in halves
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Wrap each chestnut with half slice bacon and secure with a round toothpick.

2Bake about 25 minutes at 350° on broiler pan. Remove from oven and drain fat.

3Make sauce from brown sugar, chili sauce and mayonnaise.

4Dip baked roll-ups in sauce and return to oven for 20 minutes.

5Yields about 40 roll-ups.
