  • 10 bratwurst
  • 20 oz chicken broth
  • 10 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 10 slice bacon

Directions

    Poke brats several times with a fork.

    Boil bratwurst in chicken broth, then simmer for 15 minutes

    Take out brats and cut into one inch slices
  4. 4
    Cut bacon strips in half & wrap around each bratwurst and hold together with a toothpick

    Mix together brown sugar and cayenne pepper
  6. 6
    Cover the brats in the brown sugar mixture
  7. 7
    Add to a cookie sheet and bake on 350 until bacon is fully cooked
