- 2 cups starter
- 1 each eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 x flour, all-purpose as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions

1Add egg, bacon, oil and sugar to the starter and mix briefly.

2Add flour to make desired thickness and mix until lump free.

3Just before cooking, dissolve baking soda into 1 Tablespoon of water, mix gently with batter.

4Then cook in a hot griddle by making 2 or 3 inch rounds.

5Cook for 2 to 4 minutes, turn and cook 2 more minutes.
