- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.

3Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.

4Pour into pie plate. Bake approximately 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted between the center and edge comes out clean.

5Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

6Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips.
