- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Pet milk (evaporated)
Directions

1Partially bake pie shell so that bottom will not be soggy in cooked quiche.

2Cook bacon; drain and crumble.

3Beat eggs and milk; stir in bacon and cheese.

4Mix and pour into partially baked pie shell.

5Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
