  • 1 frozen pie shell
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Prebake pie shell at 350° for 10 minutes. Beat eggs, milk, nutmeg, onion, salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle with cheese, then bacon; pour egg mixture over.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
