Bacon Roll-Ups

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 medium bottle catsup
  • 1 c. light brown sugar

Directions

    Slice bacon strips in half.

    Roll up with water chestnut in middle.

    Secure with toothpick.

    Place on broiler pan in 375° oven and bake until brown.

    Drain and place in 3 1/2 quart casserole dish.

    Mix catsup and brown sugar.
  7. 7
    Poor over roll-ups and bake 15 minutes in 375° oven.
