Bacon Roll-Ups

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 lb. ground beef, crumbled
  • 1/4 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon, cut into thirds

Directions

    Melt margarine in 1 cup water in saucepan.

    Remove from heat. Combine with stuffing mix in large bowl, mixing well.

    Chill.

    Add remaining ingredients except bacon, mixing well.

    Shape into pecan-shaped balls.

    Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place into baking dish and bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
