- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 lb. ground beef, crumbled
- 1/4 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
- 1 lb. sliced bacon, cut into thirds
Directions

1Melt margarine in 1 cup water in saucepan.

2Remove from heat. Combine with stuffing mix in large bowl, mixing well.

3Chill.

4Add remaining ingredients except bacon, mixing well.

5Shape into pecan-shaped balls.

6Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place into baking dish and bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
