- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
- 24 slices very fresh white bread
- butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- paprika
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain well and crumble.

3Remove crusts from bread and spread butter on each slice.

4Down middle of each slice of bread, put a line of crumbled bacon and sprinkle with cheese and parsley, then paprika and a dash of cayenne pepper.

5Roll each slice up tightly and fasten with a toothpick. Broil until brown.
