- 1 to 1 1/2 loaves bread
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. bacon
Directions

1Trim the edges of the bread and cut into strips of three per slice.

2Combine cheese, onion and green pepper.

3Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll, then roll half a slice of bacon around each.

4Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

5Drain on paper towels. This freezes well.
