  • 1 can salmon, boned, skinned and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 1/4 c. pecans, chopped fine

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pecans.

    Refrigerate until firm. Form into ball and roll in pecans.

    Serve with assorted crackers.
