  • bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Fry bacon and drain most of fat off.

    Mix all ingredients except vinegar, water and bacon.

    Heat water and vinegar to boiling; stir in egg mixture.

    Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Add bacon.
