- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Fry bacon and drain most of fat off.

2Mix all ingredients except vinegar, water and bacon.

3Heat water and vinegar to boiling; stir in egg mixture.

4Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Add bacon.
