  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 12 cubes

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix cream cheese and onion in medium bowl until well blended.

    Add spinach, crumbled bacon and flour; mix well.

    Stir in eggs until well blended.

    Spoon evenly into 12 greased and floured muffin pan cups.

    Place 1 Velveeta cube on batter in each muffin cup; press down slightly.

    Bake 23 min.

    or until centers are set and tops are golden brown.
