- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 3 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 3 eggs, beaten until frothy
- 1 lb. bacon, cut in thirds
- finely crushed cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix eggs with vinegar. Mix cracker crumbs with mustard and red pepper.

2Take each 1/3 bacon slice and dip in egg. Then coat with crumbs.

3Put on cookie sheet.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

5Drain on paper towels.

6Can be cooked beforehand and reheated or frozen, thawed and reheated.
