Bacon turkey melt

  • 4 oz sliced turkey
  • 2 cooked slices of bacon
  • 2 slice bread (I prefer sourdough)
  • 2 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 6 cherry heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Directions

    Start by cutting tomatoes in half length wise and place into bowl
  2. 2
    Thinly slice basil leaves and add to bowl of tomatoes then add oil salt and pepper and toss to coat
  3. 3
    Place bread into a pan with cheese on both pieces cook on medium low heat until cheese is melt
  4. 4
    In a separate pan lightly cook tomato basil mixture with turkey.

    Add cooked bacon to one slice of the melted cheese bread slice and turkey and tomatoes to other slice
  6. 6
    Close to form sandwich and enjoy.
