  • 1 liter High Quality Vodka

    Brown bacon in a frying pan, until done.

    Allow bacon to drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

    Place whole cooked bacon strips in a large glass jar or container.

    Pour vodka over bacon and cover tightly.

    Refrigerate for one week.

    After a week has passed strain vodka through a fine strainer.

    You may have to do it a few times to remove all the bacon pieces.
