- 24 whole Breasted Out Dove
- 1 whole Small Onion, Cut Into Strips
- 24 whole Tabasco Peppers (the Peppers In Vinegar )
- 12 strips Bacon
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cracked Black Pepper
Directions

1Soak toothpicks in hot water.

2Clean 24 dove.

3Salt and Pepper dove breast.

4Place onion strip and Tabasco pepper in breast cavity.

5Wrap with bacon and secure with water soaked toothpick.

6(If you want to make some pepper-less for the kids, you can differentiate with two toothpicks instead of one.)

7Cook over medium to medium high heat.

8Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce the last 10 minutes.

9Remove from flame when bacon is crisp.
