  • 1 box Toothpicks
  • 24 whole Breasted Out Dove
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Cut Into Strips
  • 24 whole Tabasco Peppers (the Peppers In Vinegar )
  • 12 strips Bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cracked Black Pepper

    Soak toothpicks in hot water.

    Clean 24 dove.
  3. 3
    Salt and Pepper dove breast.

    Place onion strip and Tabasco pepper in breast cavity.

    Wrap with bacon and secure with water soaked toothpick.

    (If you want to make some pepper-less for the kids, you can differentiate with two toothpicks instead of one.)

    Cook over medium to medium high heat.

    Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce the last 10 minutes.

    Remove from flame when bacon is crisp.
