- 1 large loaf multi-grain bread
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh or freeze dried chives
- 1 lb. bacon (preferably Oscar Mayer!)
Directions

1Cut crust off bread slices, then cut slices in half (rectangles).

2Mix chives in cream cheese.

3Spread mixture on each bread slice.

4Roll bread up, then wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around rolled bread.

5Secure with toothpick.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

7Check after 10 to 15 minutes and turn wraps over to prevent overbrowning on bottom.

8Drain on towels and serve warm.
